By accessing or using PlateIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
PlateIQ is a menu profitability platform for restaurants. It provides AI-powered invoice parsing, recipe cost calculation, food cost tracking, and profitability reporting. PlateIQ is provided “as is” and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account credentials with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
PlateIQ offers a 14-day free trial, after which a paid subscription is required for continued access. Subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99/mo) or annually ($39.99/yr). Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
You may only upload invoices and documents that you have the legal right to share. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. Automated access without prior written consent is prohibited.
PlateIQ uses AI to parse invoice data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-extracted data may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying critical financial data before making business decisions. PlateIQ is not liable for decisions made based on AI-parsed invoice data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlateIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
PlateIQ and its original content are the exclusive property of Epic AI. Your data remains your property. We do not claim ownership over your uploaded invoices or restaurant data.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
